About KeysOver

KeysOver is the trade name House Buying Solutions Co., part of Osmenic, uses to sell the houses it buys in Northeast Pennsylvania directly to buyers and investors at owner-set prices.

Who owns the homes

House Buying Solutions Co., a Pennsylvania limited liability company, buys houses across Northeast Pennsylvania from owners who want a fast, certain sale. Some we renovate; some we resell as-is. KeysOver is the trade name that same company sells those houses under: not a separate business and not a middleman. On every listing we say whether our company already owns the house or has it under contract to buy.

Who sells them

The same people who bought the house, selling as the principal. We take title as the owner of record before we resell, so a house we are still buying closes to us first and to you in a separate closing (a double close). We do not assign contracts or charge assignment fees. KeysOver is not acting as your real estate broker or agent, or as the agent of anyone we buy from. Some homes are also listed with a licensed real estate agent, and the listing names the agent. You are welcome to bring your own agent, inspector and attorney.

Owner priced

Owner priced means the titled owner of the house sets the price and sells it directly, with no listing agent markup. On a house we are still buying, the price shown is our anticipated price, and we sell only after we own it. It also means a straight answer: make an offer and you hear back from the people who can say yes.

Track record

The sold deals page lists 83 closed deals carried over from the Osmenic Deal Vault record, plus verified sales with photos and prices. Sold homes stay on this site permanently.

Where we work

Northeast Pennsylvania: Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Wayne and Columbia counties, with sales in nearby towns from the Poconos to the coal region. Tampa Bay, Florida (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties) is next.
