Who owns the homes
Our sister company, House Buying Solutions, buys houses across Northeast Pennsylvania from owners who want a fast, certain sale. Some we renovate; some we resell as-is. KeysOver is where those houses are sold. On every listing we say whether our affiliate holds title or has the property under contract to purchase.
Who sells them
The same people who bought the house. KeysOver is not acting as your real estate broker or agent; we are the owner's team. You are welcome to bring your own agent, inspector and attorney. Our Pennsylvania team is licensed under PA Act 52, which governs wholesale real estate transactions in the state.
Owner priced
Owner priced means the titled owner of the house sets the price and sells it directly, with no listing agent markup. It also means a straight answer: make an offer and you hear back from the people who can say yes.
Track record
The sold deals page lists 83 closed deals carried over from the Osmenic Deal Vault record, plus verified sales with photos and prices. Sold homes stay on this site permanently.
Where we work
Northeast Pennsylvania: Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Wayne and Columbia counties, with sales in nearby towns from the Poconos to the coal region. Tampa Bay, Florida (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties) is next.
