Who owns the homes on this site?
KeysOver's affiliate holds title, or has the house under contract to purchase, and each listing says which. We sell as the owner, not as your agent.
What does as is mean when buying a house?
The house is sold in its current condition and the price reflects it. We share the known issues and our repair notes; you verify with your own inspector. We do not make repairs or credits for condition after inspection.
Is buying a house as is a good idea?
It is if the price accounts for the work and you know what the work is. That is the whole point of putting the known issues on the listing.
Can you get a mortgage on a house sold as is?
Sometimes. Lenders need the house to meet minimum property standards. Houses with major system or roof problems usually need cash, hard money or a renovation loan such as FHA 203k. Each listing says what we expect to work.
What is a Keys Included home?
A KeysOver Certified Home that has been inspected and renovated and is move-in ready, with the inspection report and renovation list available on request.
What is a presale home?
An existing house you reserve at a discount before we finish buying it, with the deposit, timeline and cancellation terms in writing. Not new construction.

What does owner priced mean?
The titled owner sets the price and sells direct, with no listing agent markup.
Do I need an agent?
No, but you can bring one. KeysOver is not acting as your broker or agent. Your own inspector and attorney are always welcome.
Is wholesaling legal in Pennsylvania?
Yes. Under PA Act 52 it is licensed activity with required disclosures. Our Pennsylvania team is licensed, and we sell after taking title rather than assigning contracts.
