Cheap houses in Pennsylvania, without the catch
Search results for cheap houses under $50,000 in Pennsylvania are full of tax sales, condemned buildings and listings that are gone by the time you call. Ours are different in one way: we own them. The price is the owner price, the condition is on the listing, and you deal with the team that bought the house.
What a house under $100,000 looks like here
In Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Nanticoke, Hazleton, Berwick and the surrounding towns, a house under $100,000 is usually a pre-war single or half-double that needs some work, or a small finished house on a smaller lot. Under $50,000 usually means a project. We tell you which.

Why is it this cheap?
Northeast Pennsylvania prices, plus no listing agent markup, plus we bought it right. We would rather sell fast at a fair number than hold it.
Can I get financing under $100,000?
Many lenders have loan minimums around $50,000 to $75,000, and the house has to meet property standards. Cash and hard money are common at this price. Ask us what has worked.
