What Certified means at KeysOver

Our team buys houses across Northeast Pennsylvania and renovates the ones that make sense to finish. A Keys Included home has been through that process: mechanicals checked, the work that needed doing done, and an inspection on file. Ask for the inspection report and the itemized renovation list before you write an offer. We send them the same day.

Move-in ready versus a flipped house

Can I bring my own inspector?

Yes, and we encourage it. Our inspection report is a starting point, not a substitute for yours.

Do you take financed offers?

Yes. Conventional, FHA and VA financing all work on move-in ready homes. Tell us your lender and timeline with your offer.
