The Deal Vault is KeysOver's investor section: off-market investment homes, coming-soon access for buyer partners, and the buyers list. It is where the houses our acquisitions team is buying show up first, before they are listed anywhere.
What is in the Deal Vault
- Coming soon: houses we have under contract to buy, shown here only by city, size and anticipated price, with blurred photos. The address, photos and our numbers go by text to buyer partners.
- Available deals: as-is houses we own, priced for investors, listed with the known issues.
- Under contract: houses that are spoken for, kept visible for backup interest.
- Sold deals: verified sales with photos and prices, plus the closed-deal record of 83 properties.
How buyer partner access works
You become a buyer partner with your markets, price range and how you close, and send proof of funds. The deal team reviews requests the same day. Buyer partners get a text with the full details on any coming-soon house that fits their criteria. First qualified buyer to commit gets the house.
Is it wholesaling?
No. Pennsylvania's Act 52 regulates wholesaling: selling your interest in a house under contract without first taking title as the owner of record. We take title first. While a house is still under contract to us, it appears here only as a summary, and the address, photos and contract go to buyer partners. Buyer partners can reserve it, but the resale closes only after we own the house, in a separate closing that we fund with our own money (a double close). We do not assign contracts and there is no assignment fee. Every listing states whether we already own the house or have it under contract.
Why it moved from osmenic.com
The Deal Vault started on osmenic.com, our parent company's site. In September 2026 it moved to keysover.com so the buyer side of the business has one home: retail buyers and investors, same team, same inventory, one address. Old links redirect here.
